Turn into TS Strategy

On page 34 of the Sept 2013 Stocks and Commodities magazine, is a Linear Weighted Moving Average strategy that I would like to try. Is there a storage location of these anywhere written for TS? Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Asian stocks rose on Wednesday, on track to post their 10th straight day of gains, while investors gave the safe-haven yen a wide berth as optimism for the Chinese economy grew and worries about U.S. military strikes on Syria receded.
