Epic Update : Welspun India

Welspun India’s promoters have hiked their stake to 59.56% in the company. The promoters have acquired 11.50% stake or 1.02 crore shares for Rs 55.30 crore from the open market. The shares were acquired by Krishiraj Trading, a constituent of Welspun Promoter Group.
