Sensex & nifty rose on Monday, Sensex touch all time high,

Indian markets closed at all time high. Foreign investors have been particularly heavy buyers during the rally as a net buying $495 million in Indian banks, while selling a net $791 million in pharmaceutical and biotechnology shares. The Sensex rose 300 points to 22055 and Nifty climbed 88 points to 6583. European stocks are trading down.
