Daily Market
• Indian equity markets down 0.51%.
• Nifty down 24 pts and settle at 4835 .
• Sensex was down 78 pts at 15948.
• Bank Nifty down 58 pts at 9209.
Global Market
• European markets were down with FTSE down 97 pts at 5305, CAC down 64 pts at 3019 and DAX down 107 pts at 6328.
• Dow future down 84 pts at 12393.
• USD Existing Home Sales is 4.62M from 4.47M

Gold prices edged higher on Friday after another day of choppy trading but the shiny metal still finished the week lower after broad commodities selling earlier in the week due in part to a strong dollar.
