Certainly is a shame that software of that kind is even on the radar. It seems that the regulators of the markets will let it go until there is a forex "oil spill". That said, if a big brokerage ever decided to get nasty, it looks like there might be trouble for those who mislead their brokers. Even the words used on the website, e.g. Devilsh, evil, etc. would seem to give ammunition to one of the big boys were they to catch someone using the software.

That's the other way around, YOUR forex broker could be the one misleading you by stealing your money right under your nose. He could hunt your stop, widen the spread or use other totally unethical techniques to separate you from your money, it is so easy to do on a daily basis.

Your forex broker cannot possibly know that you entered your trade manually or via a software, all he sees on his screen are your stops, period. You are not doing anything illegal, you are just preventing your broker from robbing you when he feels like it.

I have one question concerning Broker. Does we need broker in all stages of trading if we are not aware of some things? does it really worth?
